Pending Home Sales in Mobile County

There are a number of reports released in last few days concerning the national pending sales index. The latest national trend is that Pending home sales are down from surge but are higher than last year. I thought it would be good idea to look at the Mobile County Pending Sales as reported by the Gulf Coast MLS system. Here locally, the January pending sales were up about 5% compared to January 2009. Take a look at this spreadsheet:
