The MLS Summary statistics has been posted to the MLS Statistics page of the Gulf Region Properties website. The MLS Statistics show sold transactions for both Mobile County and Baldwin County. It was a very slow month for both counties. Historically January is the slowest month of the year and certainly this year was no different.
