Mobile County Real Estate Sales by Area for May 2010

The real estate sales activity level for May 2010 in Mobile County increased by a total of 42 from April 2010 sales figures. Here is a link to view the April 2010 data. We now have a 4 month trend of increasing number of sales.  We think the increased buyer activity can be attributed to the  the tax credit incentives.  We were glad to see that Congress has extended the deadline to claim the tax credit for home buyers program .

Please check the table below for real estate sales activity for the number of sales and sales dollar amounts for month of May 2010 in Mobile County for residential sales - single family and condominiums. The table will show the following data elements: the area of the county, the number of sales, the total amount of sales, and the average sales price.
