Well in the last 2 days, we received word that the Tax Credit incentive gets even better. The Federal Housing Administration is working on language that will allow the buyers to use the tax credit as their downpayment or part of the required downpayment. The buyer will have to be using a FHA loan to qualify and the lender has to be FHA approved. We have a handout that we would be happy to mail you.
