Mobile County Price Range Statistics for Sold Homes (January - June 2009)

Even though the number of single family sales in Mobile County is down this year compared to last year this year - Latest statistics show a drop of 28% in number of sold transactions from January - June Sales comparing 2008 and 2009 activity. However there are homes being sold. I thought it would be useful to see Where is the Market. Take a look at the following chart which shows the number of sales by the listing price range:

The data tells us that 80% of the listings sold during the first part of this year were priced under $200,000, with most of the sales activity occurring in the $110,000 - $140,000 list price range.
