It was a very slow month in Mobile County while Baldwin County showed a bounce from October 2009. There remains a large amount of homes for sale and it remains a buyers market in both counties.

There are signs that market is recovering in both Mobile and Baldwin County. The number of Sales of Existing homes are up compared to last year in both counties. We are still concerned with inventory levels in both counties.
