Keller Williams RED Day - May 14th

Keller Williams RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day, in honor of our Vice Chairman of the Board, Mo Anderson is May 14th, 2009! Every Keller Williams associate and market center across North America will be simultaneously donating their time and energy to improving their local community.

The Mobile Market Center is currently conducting a food drive and will be donating all collected items to the Mobile Bay Area Food Bank. Please feel free to drop off your donations to our office at 6333 Cottage Hill Road by Thursday.

We are also working with LifeSouth on a blood drive. You can donate blood at our office on Thursday from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Please feel free to visit our office on RED Day. There will be refreshments available. You can also register for the raffle of a very nice barbeque grill. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to KW Cares fund.

The Keller Williams Realty office in Mobile is hosting its quarterly Open House Blitz this Sunday, April 19th from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please check out our Active Rain blog for a list of homes that will be open.

Mobile Area Spring Home Sales Event

The Home Builders Association of Metro Mobile is hosting "The Big Move" from April 3 - 6, 2009. During this 3 day event, the Mobile area homebuilders are offering their existing inventory at the best price possible. There are at least 60 homes available at significant savings during the event. All of the participating homebuilders are offering their own incentive package for these homes. Examples of the incentives may include paid or reduced closing costs, upgraded appliance packages, privacy fencing, and in some instances furnishings. Available homes are in numberous subdivisions all over Mobile County. Keller Williams Realty is one of the events participating vendors. Keller Williams - Now 3rd largest Real Estate Company

At the annual Keller Williams Realty convention last week in Orlando it was announced that the company is now the third largest real estate company in the nation based on the almost 73,000 number of agents affiliated with the company.
