The data on the table shown below was extracted from the Mobile Alabama Area of Realtors MLS System for the North Cottage Hill Area. Data was pulled for all homes listed from March 1, 2009 to March 3, 2010. Sales data was based on same period.
The North Cottage Hill is an area defined in the MLS system as being bordered by WEST of Interstate 65, EAST of Cody Road, SOUTH of Airport Boulevard, and NORTH of Cottage Hill Road.
The table will show the most active subdivisions in North Cottage Hill as far as activity - Pinehurst, Greenwich Hills, Berkshire Hills, Timber Ridge, and Sugar Creek for example. The chart will also give you rough idea of value of homes in the neighborhoods in North Cottage Hill.
