Units in the building have over-sized windows framed in restored Honduran mahogany, Scavolini cabinetry, granite or Caesarstone countertops, Bosch appliances, Toto Vanity sinks in the bathrooms and are eligible for Mills Act reduction in property tax of up to 60%.
