It's hard to imagine getting a better price on a condo in a prime area of South Palm Springs than $69,999. I actually had some people at my open house this past weekend that told me they paid more for their RV!! You might come across some short sale or bank owned properties in this price range, but as of today, this one is just the best deal going in the south end.
