Congratulations to Matt and Jennifer who after a year of being kept up to date with the HotBarrieListings.com service on current listings in the area they wanted to buy stepped up and became first time home buyers! As Hot Barrie Listings buyers they were happy to receive their Costco gift card from me a few days after moving in to their new home. Matt wants to spend the $500 all on steaks for the barbecue and Jennifer is thinking they could use some new kitchen accessories. I'll keep you posted on who wins that contest.
