• Median Price of Home in Mobile for August was $133,250
• Most Activity is in the $120,000 - $139,000 price range
• There is almost a $100,000 median price jump from 3BR home to 4BR home
• It takes longer to sell a 2BR or 4 BR home than a 3 BR home.
