National Association of Realtors - Local Market Reports - Mobile Alabama

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I have access to a number of different real estate reports and statistics.  One report that I find fascinating is the Local Market Report.  This report reflects data available through 2nd Quarter 2009.  This report provides insights into the fundamentals and direction of the Mobile Alabama housing market.  The report evaluates a number of factors affecting home prices, including:
