No Drastic Increase found for Mobile Foreclosure Properties

We have looked at bank owned properties listed and sold in Mobile County since the beginning of the year. So far, we have not seen a drastic increase in the number of foreclosure listings. In fact, currently only 3% of the current active listings are Bank Owned Properties.
